I am working on a few goals that I made with the new year, and one of them was to organize my food storage. I have made a list of everything that I have, but I would like to make some sort of inventory list so that I can keep better track of when I am running low on something. I was wondering if anyone has come across this before or if you have heard of anything that works. I am open to any suggestions.
The church website has a food storage calculator(or a link to one?) that you can enter how many people in your family and it will tell how much you need.

Here's my thought. Whenever you notice you are running low on a particular item, write it down on a white board posted inside this room. Then, when you go to the grocery store - just check the board. That's my only thought.
