Stress Fracture

   No idea what I did or how it happened, but I had a typical day and in the evening, we all went out to dinner. When I went to put my shoe on, I realized that the top of my left foot felt like a giant bruise. After an x-ray and a couple of doctors, I was told that it was definitely a stress fracture. The body can only handle so much strain. So after weeks of my foot being swollen and sore, I finally had an answer. I didn't love that it meant a boot for 4-6 weeks. Here's hoping that it's only 4 weeks. Too bad I don't know how to sit still.  :)

One last ski trip

Field Trip

I was able to go to a field trip with Owen a few weeks ago. We went to an art studio. He was able to color, draw, and play with crayons in a number of shapes. He wasn't sure at first, but he ended up loving it!!!

Time out for Women

 What a great weekend with my parents and my sister. The spirit was strong. The presenters were wonderful and I got to see friends I haven't seen in years. So much fun!
